During 2 days, people from railway undertaking which are in charge of capacity were trained to use PCS, the unique European tool to book capacity on the corridors. The training took place in Brussels and gathered over 30 people from the RFCs Atlantic, Mediterranean and North Sea - Mediterranean as well as RailNetEurope.
