The RFC NSM has published twelve freight paths per direction in PCS, on the TTR pilot lines between Rotterdam and Antwerp for timetable 2020. These paths are published as “Rolling Planning Capacity”, the concept developed by the Timetable Redesign Project of RNE and FTE. This means that the paths can be ordered between 4 months and one month before the first running day. For the pilot, the origin/destination of the request should be limited to locations within Belgium and the Netherlands, however, not limited to the pilot lines only.
